[SUGGESTION] Grinding Improvement

When grinding down a bit of a small ship that has fallen onto a part of my station, I often accidentally grind down the block behind it. My suggestion is to add a restriction on the hand grinder which requires half a second between grinding down separate grids e.g. I grind down a small grid sat on top of a large grid block and don't grind down the block behind it once I'm finished because of a cool-down between grids.
Also the non-welded light armor corner 2x1x1 base doesn't represent its welded form. Keen plz fix
