SUGGESTION: Color Sampler for Color Menu

It would be nice, when having open the color menu, to have a color dsampler there. This tool would collect the color infomration of any part of the screen the sampler mouse coursor is on, and therefore can copy that particlular color.
Useful when trying to create camouflage colors.
