Station welders need to flag missing components.

With small grid ships it is very difficult to know what might be missing inside after using large grid station welders, I.e, long, incomplete conveyor runs. Rather than having to build in excess the welder should highlight what it is missing. The dummy08 nanobot build and repair mod does this very well in the notes area of the block.
