Sound block has the same volume as regular Music

Sound blocks volume is controlled by the same setting as the regular in-game music.
When playing a sound froma sound block It literally plays while the ingame music is running and you cant hear it properly.
To fix issue:
Add separate checkbox or bar to be able to set in-game music volume and soundblock volume separately
