[since the beginning] Gyro roll very weak compared to pitch and yaw.

As the title says. The gyro exerts consistent torque for Pitch and Yaw, but seems comparatively weaker for Roll. It does not seem to matter which way the gyro is facing, the torque disparity is always aligned to the cockpit/control.
