Show PCU usage per player under the faction tab

Our faction has the standard 50,000 PCU limit, but we are already at this limit. However, the ships and stations we have built should be about half that, so there is an unexplained half of our PCU missing. We hypothesize that this is due to lone wolf players that have joined the faction and are not cooperating with the faction. We wish to kick these players, but we don't know who is the source of the PCU drain. Showing PCU counts under the faction tab per player would be helpful to faction leadership and may solve other issues too.
