"Server Host has Left the Game" When joining any public server

Although this bug is very similar to other bugs, I believe it is not the same.
When I try to connect to any server from the server list, it says "Server host has left the game" and tries to reconnect where it clearly states people are playing on the server.
I've heard that it had something to do with required port numbers but I am not entirely sure what it means
PS, I live in Australia and I have attached pictures on what happened
