Script Publishing Interface needs improvement

I found the script publishing interface very confusing, you can't give your scripts longer titles or even add the details until it is published. and then it subscribes you to your own script, so now you see two scripts in your list (one with a short name and one with the longer workshop name).
You cant update the published version, you have to change your local version and then republish.
I've got into a right mess with this more than once.
I preferred the interface better as a list of just script names, the blank thumbnail list means you can only see 4 at a time.
