Return on investment on stone way to high

In my games it's become ridiculous to look for nickel or silicon simply because you get too many trace elements from stone. The survival mechanics should push away from stone as soon as possible and even penalize you in the late game for using it. I suggest altering the way stone is processed; no new blocks or too much to change (at least I hope, I'm not a programmer).

First off, stone processing should be an effort of diminishing returns as you progress. The refineries are designed to process ore, not stone, and should represent that by gaining speed at the cost of yield.

For example should look something like this:

Survival Kit: 50% speed / 100% yield

Basic Refinery: 100% speed / 70% yield

Refinery: 150% speed / 0% yield (only gravel produced regardless of upgrades)

By changing these mechanics it provides disincentives and forces engineers to not rely on stone and gives additional reasons to use the basic refinery in late game.

I think this will improve the survival in a meaningful way and will stop people getting too dependent on stone instead of mining.
