Respawned in middle of planet

We had crashed a couple ships into a planet and started building some new things in that area. Came back today to find that all of the ships in that area were now 50 km away from where we had crashed, in a low g environment, enclosed in a cave. I assume this was the center of the planet.
Funny, I guess, but also pretty aggravating.
