Request folders in the world configuration mod screen

When creating a new world and adding mods, it can be time consuming to hunt through a large number of subscribed mods in order to find the ones you want for a given world. Folders allow players to organize mods.
For players that maintain SP versions of various servers, a folder can be created for all the mods used on each server, making it easy for the player find all the mods required to build a new world.
