Remove minimum price of items / Spectator is broken

You cant undersell items beyond the world limit therefor there is no point in having an economy . Whats the point in players setting up trading stations if they offer no benefit over the ridiculous amount of AI trade stations . on-top of that you cant sell your own blueprints ( which is under consideration ) meaning the player will always be obsolete to the AI .
I love this update but the economy literally doesn't exists as it cannot be manipulated and also a quick bug report .

spectator teleport doesn't work anymore and always pastes your character outside ships and stuff . This makes admin work incredibly difficult for no reason .
