Remove Large and Small Grid connection limits

Remove the Large Grid / Small Grid separation and allow attaching small blocks directly to large and vice versa, this would allow so much more choices in design with greebling the outside of ships with small block areas and much more detailed ship internals with small block walls. large grid program blocks and timers should be done away with as they have always seemed unfeasibly large for what they do when we have the tech to clone bodies.
