Remote control: replace waypoint coordinates

A ships blueprint may contain remote control (auto-pilot) actions for docking with the base. It would be nice if the coordinates could be replaced without also deleting the waypoint actions. In general, "update waypoint to current position" would be a nice addition to the GPS system.
