Refinery Sound In Insufficent Power

If there is not enough power to run refinery, it's running sound keeps playing and stopping continuously and it's pretty annoying. It would be much better with it running and stopping sound plays once and refinery stops making noise until starting again with enough power. Thanks a lot this was a very nice update to have.
