Reduce bounding box of Large Grid Atmo Thruster

I'm not sure if I have the right terminology here but I will provide pictures of what I mean. With the small grid atmospheric thruster, You can get real close placing a block near the intake. The large grid, however, there is nearly 1 1/2 block gap between the top of the box of the intake.
I suggest making the Large Grid Atmo Thruster at least a 3x3x4 instead of 3x3x5, taking away the block gap near the intake.
