Redirect old external forum links to their new url

Old links such as https://forum.keenswh.com/threads/7404250 should return permanent redirects to their new archived urls (e.g. https://forum.keenswh.com/threads/update-1-196-server-optimizations.7404250/ ) instead of producing 404 Not Found results.
It seems like a trivial matter to prevent breaking all external urls from wikis, the steam forums, the subreddits and discord servers, to name a few.
