really bad customer service from Keen

made a bug report 6 months ago, got the standard " thanks for the report and keep voting".
now 6 months later, it just gets put on outdated, no answers from Keen as to why or what's happening. and when i leave a comment asking why it's put on outdated, my comments gets deleted (my comment from yesterday got deleted, and my comment today got deleted).
and fyi the bug is still in the game....
