RC "control" toolbar not working from another RC

I don't know if it was possible before (i think it was) but setting a different remote control "control" action in toolbar does nothing. Also while controlling via remote control, it used to be possible to go into terminal by pressing the terminal key. Now, while being in control of a remote and thus a ship, player must go into remote connections and select terminal.
