Quick Groups for Hotbar

Making a group or performing actions to adjust every block takes a lot of searching in the terminal. If the grid changes, you have to delete the group and do it all over again. My solution is a quick group.
A quick group would be a group accessible in the hotbar that allows you to perform an action for every block of a type on the grid. If the grid changes (.i.e. someone adds a block or two grids are merged/connected), the quick group would adjust with it and perform an action for the new blocks as well.
