[QOL][FUNCTIONALITY]Assembler Precision Cooperative Mode

Currently an assembler can be set in cooperative mode, where it looks to help any assembler on its grid with building things.
Please expand this functionality to allow the engineer to specify a particular assembler that the cooperating assembler should assist. This allows groups of assemblers to work on separate projects at the same time without risk of assembled components getting mixed up, particularly if conveyor sorters are used to pipe assembler output to otherwise isolated containers.
For an example of what I am thinking of, look at the assembler room in Rust Point Colony but imagine that each assembler there is actually a group of cooperating assemblers.
