QoL Changes: easy block placement, streamlined inventory GUI & management

Block Placements:

Playing Satisfactory i have found it much more convenient to build stuff there. One thing I am missing is that whenever i am placing blocks and aiming close to the edge of an existing one SE will still always wants to place the new block on top rather to realize I want to place it behind. This is really annoying when building a floor in survival since that means you have to use jetpack and go on the other side in order to extend the floor. Another thing is that I miss the option to double click a block in the G blocks menu to directly go into the block placement rather then having to drag & drop it to your toolbar first!

Finally a pipette tool (look at a block and hit a key and you get into block placement instantly for the block you have selected by looking at it) i.e. similar to Ctrl+R in BuildInfo mod.

Inventory GUI:

please make it so we can rearrange the order of inventories for a grid. Furthermore it would be nice to a general feature that we can just make our own filtered views: manually select which inventories to hide, which order they should have and save it all with a name. There should be a combo box where you can switch between all the custom views. Also each functional block should have an option to define a default view to select whenever showing the full grid inventory through this block.

A similar logic would be great for block controls tab as well.

Inventory management (and performance improvement?):

with many cargo and production blocks on one grid it gets really messy and it is nice to have an inventory manager mod like Isy's. The idea would be to have it build in feature in vanilla but with some progression and improvements in mind. For one it shouldn't be "on" by default but rather still require a programmable block which could now also select from a build in list of scripts (even in non experimental mode and in game scripts disabled). The big improvement now would be that when the inventory management is enabled (so the player has to progress to the programmable block first) all cargo inventory GUIs get a new config button allowing them to set what to automatically pull and in what number - so no need to rename blocks for that anymore. Given that the manager now moves stuff itself there is no need for refineries or assemblers to have a resource pulling logic of their own. Having a single dedicated block do it all would hence safe performance and reduce PCU.
