[Public Test 3] Control Panel/Inventory Settings

It would improve my gameplay if the settings on the control panel screen and inventory screen and production screen would persist. If I am looking at "components" in one instance, I'm likely to want to look at "components" in the next instance. If I'm looking at my refinery inventory, then I'm likely to want to look at my refinery inventory next time, too.
