PSU limit exeeded when trying to buy a ship. No PSU limit on server

I got this error, and it was confirmed by another player as well, playing on a DS yesterday.
Trying to buy a ship resulted in a "not enough PSU".
The server HAS no PSU limit, so something is borked.
