Problems connecting to the server

My friend started a dedicated server, we both have a white ip, but it connects to the server successfully, and I can't connect.
Log:
Server responded Lobby join response: True, enter state: Success World requested World requested - connection alive World requested - failed, server changed Network readers disposed
