Power Kit remarkably ineffective.

I expected the Power Kit to work like Oxygen Bottles and Hydrogen Bottles do. That is refill the power level back to 100% when it drops into the red zone.
However, it waits till you have 0% power, then restores it to 5%. Which makes it almost useless for extending how much power you have, and more an emergency death preventer.
