First off, go into %appdata% space engineers delete everything in the shader cache folder and also delete the cfg file, the go into steam and browse local folder by right-clicking on space engineers, then find the folder named preprocessedshadercache and delete everything in there, it will be full and that will confuse the game which will caus it to give you that error, its safety mechanism basically its protecting your pc, also if you are running a server do not add any numbers to the asteroid amount keep it 0, make flora density 5 too, then verify the game files in steam and it will repair the game, also make sure you do not have lots of Blueprints or mods subscribed just have the the ones you need because that can also make the game crash along with the full shadercache and preprocessedshadercache, rememebr to always check on these because files will save to tehse folders everytime you load into the game, IT WORKS PERFECTLY FOR ME, my server is called the blacl lodge, MANY THANKS TO THE KEEN TEAM ESPECIALLY ERIN AKA KIENATA i was very rude to him but hes a really cool guy he helped me all this time almost everyday he encourages me to try different methods and i think we have actually found the problem i hope this works for everybody :)
