PLEASE! Strong Unknown Signals

Strong Unknown Signals give away our position.
We NEED an option to turn off signals for ourselves. Give players the ability to not spawn signals for themselves, so they can stay hidden, while other players can still get signals if they want the cosmetic opportunities.
Then later, maybe add an admin option to control whether players can control their own signals(in case the server owner wants players to be found easily by triangulating signals).
