Please make Suit Energy Level NOT hardcoded

Theres tons of suits for various uses around the workshop, and the one thing they all have thats unchangable is the available power for that suit, which is the only thing thats pretty much hardcoded for suit stats. Please make this a controllable item from the Character SBC.
