Please Add Support for changing Default Toolbars

Hello! I have been playing Space Enginers for many years, and have many worlds and have played on many servers. One issue that slows gameplay and likely wouldn't be difficult to implement would be a feature where users can customize their default toolbar settings. Whenever I start a new world or join a new server, I have to spend several minutes customizing my 9 toolbars with the blocks, tools, and emotes I like to have, needing to try to guess from the last time I played. This is a bit of a hastle, discourages starting new worlds and joining new servers, and slows down gameplay. I imagine this would not be difficult to change; it could be as simple as adding a toolbar in the character customization menu/world. Thanks!
