Piston and Rotor velocity adjustments

When using the tool bars to adjust piston and rotor velocities and other options, the steps of each key press are almost never correct for what you want to do. Please add modifiers to them like shft+toolbar, ctrl+toolbar and alt+toolbar just like in the inventory screen to vary the amount of items you pull or push.
For example, shft+toolbar changes the velocity .1 m/s. ctrl+toolbar changes it by 1 m/s and alt+toolbar changes it by 5 m/s or what ever works best given the specific value being changed.
Trying to operate a machine with hotkeys is very jerkey with the current setup of one size change fits all.
