Performance Optimization

Performance offline and online has been awful since EA and never touched since. It as bad as a game in super early EA. This needed to be adressed and I am glad it ia for multiplayer. I hope single player is next. Space Engineers needs something like Star Citizen's Object Container Streaming and Bind Culling. There's no reason the game should he loading in everything while I'm in a room because it's within range.
Here's hoping offline is brought in on the optimizations too! o7
