Partially stuck on a voxel.

I made a large grid Survival kit and put a door right in front of it. I closed it and then logged out. When I logged back in, my char was sticking in place. I could fly away from the base but when I came close ti it it happened again. Most of the blocks in the base were half constructed. Same as happens when your ship gets stuck on a voxel.
