Option to disable annoying breathing sounds when running

When the 'realistic' sound mode is enabled, a loud and annoying breathing sound can be heard when running. This gets especially annoying when running around on planets to get components for a ship. Having the Arcade sound mode disables this, but people playing on servers with Realistic sounds enabled will have no option to turn it off. I suggest adding a client-side option to disable it so people aren't forced to have it on or off whether they like it or not.
