Official server Inactive player Kick.

After playing on one of the Official servers for a few weeks I have noticed Some players will Stay logged into the servers while away to reserve their play slot. I tested how long I could stay logged in while inactive (sitting in a cryo/cockpit) and I was able to stay online for more than 12 hours until I played again. Due to the autorelog system in place when the server restarts it is possible to lock out a player slot. Since the servers are currently sitting at a max of 16 players at a time This is a real issue. I recommend adding a auto kick for players that do not give any inputs to the game for more than 15-30 mins.
