Official recommended servers - question

Hey Keen SWH,
First of all I just want to mention that I experienced a nice improvement in terms of lags on the official server I am playing on (Keen CZ #2) in the past 2-3 months. I do not know what you changed, or if you ever changed something, but I really appreciate it. When a player connects to the server it is still lagging for some seconds, but other than that, it is not bad.I also want to ask if hostile settings (like Cargo ships, Drones, Encounters) are just disabled temporary for a reason or it is banned completely on this server (and any other official 'Recommended' server) and it is final. Do you have any plans about turning them on in the future?
