NPC system on planets and weapons or tools

NPC is missing from the game and i said it already like the 4th time. the game is hollow without and NPC but everything is related to coop. i have over 1400 hours in-game and i got bored doing the same things. it would be interesting if you can make an NPC that his base will expand, will upgrade and ride everyone on the planet. new weapons for a character? new tools? i miss water only ice ice ice.
