Notification (sound or visual) for Broadcast Messages

I like the idea of using the built-in radio comms, since it feels more realistic and makes relay stations more useful and viable. However, the broadcast messages aren't really all that viable, since I have no ways of knowing that somebody replied to anything I said, or that anybody sent anything to me. I also have no ways of knowing who read what I said, which makes using it... difficult.
Thus, I feel it would be really useful for there to be some sort of notification when a message is sent through the comms tab.
