New support System

The new support system is great. The previous means to submit feedback on the forum were simply unsatisfactory. Discord was next to impossible to submit feedback on, any feed back would just be buried in everyone's responses to it.
This is much better. I'm really glad to see this. It makes me feel as though Keen Software House actually cares about what the players have to say.
