New ammo versions for gatlings and rockets

Add new ammo versions/options for gatling guns and rocket in next Warfare update.
Have a basic version and a advanced version of ammo for both types of weapons. Gatling guns can have new more expensive armor piercing ammo that does more damage. Rocket launchers could have new sheeper and less effective missile (damage/accuracy/area-effect).
Adding a cheapo missile is a good way to have planets without uranium/platinum but still use rocket launchers and adding a more expensive ammo version for gatling gives more progression game play.
