More options for trash removal.

So, in a game I was doing, I had several cargo containers stacked, not powered or anything, because it looked cool, and this way the supplies were where I needed them. Then, the Klanging trash removal comes along and deletes them. There needs to be an option to prevent the deletion of containers with cargo, and the like.
