More NPC interaction and politics (optional)

Right now the universe in SE feels empty. Even with the addition of NPC traders. It would be nice for NPC factions to spawn builder type drones and start mining astaroids and building bases. With different political views that you can interact with. Having advanced NPC's and NPC behaviour would be a dream come true and make for much more forfilling gameplay.
