More Faction Options

My suggestions for more faction options are:

- Faction rank options. The Leader and Admins of a Faction can set up doors, seats (command & flight), cockpits, cargos, turrets, etc. to only access by different ranks. For example a normal member can not enter the flight seat of the main ship of a faction. Or can not access the cargo with Uranium.

- PCU-Limit Option, that on a server where the PCU-Limit per Player became additional PCU-Limit for a Faction. For example PCU-Limit per Player ist 10,000 and the Player joins a faction with 4 people, the PCU-Limit of the faction is then 50,000 in total, no matter who is building something.

-Bug fixing of thrusters denied for other faction members. I play on a private server and when someone in my faction built a ship I can fly it and can use the hotbar with for example shut the thrusters on/off, but wenn I go into the Control Panel, the access for the thruster is denied for me or any other faction member.

- Bug fixing of remote control owned by founder of a faction. I play on a private server and when someone in my faction built a remote control in 9 of 10 cases the ownership of the remote control is by me (I am the Founder/Leader of the faction). And I never helped building or placed one of the remote controls.
