More and less programmable blocks

There are a lots of scripts that alter game behavior. Scripts that replace autopilot ai, scripts for targeting missiles and turrets. Handle sensor events, rotate solar panels. Scripts that manage inventories, control thrusters, batteries, reactors and hydrogen engines. There are many blocks, that require computer components. So for the better realism and player's convenience why not just make all those blocks programmable?

There is even better a idea, existing block "firmware" can be exposed as default script for every block. Script, that can be altered by player.
