ModApi Support for Entering Terminal Action Arguments

Currently using the Terminal Controls in the ModApi there is no way to have the user enter Arguments into a Terminal Action, eg: the run action on the programmable block. Support for being able to do this on other blocks would be very useful, especially when needing to set a block parameter to a specific number without having to use programmable blocks.
