[ModAPI] Request MyToolbarComponent / MyToolbar classes be whitelisted!

As the title suggests, we modders would appreciate having access to everything that is already public within MyToolbarComponent and MyToolbar.
Several modders (myself, Kamikaze, Avaness, Klime, and Digi to name a few) have attempted to utilize the toolbar to do various things, and in every case we are forced to use a variety of workarounds to get the job done. It would be SUPER nice and convenient to be able to ditch the hacks and workarounds and just be able to get / manipulate the current page / slot / selected item directly via the MyToolbarComponent.CurrentToolbar and MyToolbarComponent.CharacterToolbar.
