Missing some large grids

So, I logged into my Dedicated server for the first time in about7 weeks ( Yay life ) and my base is gone... like the grid did not load.
Most ships are still there, one large grid ship also gone ( Was docked to base, not merged )
Not mod related as the one mod I really use still has blocks on ships that are still there
No likely trash removal as I have left the server for weeks on end, ran out of power and never had the same issue.
Pretty sure the grid is gone from my files as the file sizes are smaller than my 3 month old backup
