Meta: Give us the option to disable email notifications by default.

I noticed I've started receiving email notifications for every idea I've voted, and there's no convenient way for me to go back and disable notifications on all the posts. Please could we have either a global override for email notifications (enable/disable them entirely) or at least an option to disable them by default?
