Make programmable block run argument visible on toolbar

Currently it is impossible to tell apart different toolbar commands passing different run arguments to one or several programmable blocks. This complicates gameplay, as you need to remember each one, not to mention how much documentation you need to write if you want to publish a blueprint. In addition to Echo output, the run argument should be visible on the toolbar.
Another related issue is that changing the run argument requires to delete the toolbar entry, as selecting "run" does not allow one to enter a new run argument. Instead, selecting "run" on an existing toolbar entry should open the run argument input with the existing argument typed in.
