Locked pistons/rotors should count as landing gear lock for wind turbines
Submitted
Wind turbines require a static grid, ether a station or the part they are attached to has to be locked with a landing gear. Rotors have a locked state, don't think pistons do, but give them a locked state also and have it count as a landing gear lock. this would allow for using rotors and pistons to make retracting wind turbines.
